Prior to joining the Tim Carr Group one of the top five agent teams in all of Orange County Todd served as the Marketing and Brand Director for a Long Beach-based real estate firm for over five years. With a focus on historic properties, loft spaces and adaptive re-use living areas in urban areas of Los Angeles and Orange County, Todd trained and managed over 20 agents and assisted them in effectively using marketing resources to develop relationships and fuel sales.
 

As the lead on all marketing campaigns, he was able to increase qualified traffic to secure the sale of over 720 homes. He also served as the liaison between external developers, sales and marketing teams, and consultants to grow the brokerages presence in surrounding areas. Given his knack for creating and implementing effective strategies, an aptitude for understanding consumer needs and a desire to form personal connections, Todd was able to create a competitive advantage for the brokerage and leverage each initiative to its full potential.
 
Beyond his extensive professional experience, Todds enthusiasm for architecture, relationships and love for the community has been an important component in his career. Having lived his entire life in Coastal Orange County, Todd not only possesses expertise in local market conditions, but also has an intimate knowledge of the area, which has aided him in serving as a community expert to his clients.
